HYBRID Hybrid resin stryrene free ETA-CE

BI-COMPONENT HYBRID CHEMICAL ANCHOR WITHOUT STYRENE FOR MEDIUM/HEAVY LOADS, CE MARKED AND ETA QUALIFIED FOR CONCRETE FIXINGS

ETA (European Technical Assessment) updated in accordance with the Construction Products Regulation 305/2011. ETA-15/0559: Qualification according to EAD-330499 for non-cracked concrete, Option 7, diameters from M8 to M24 and for rebars from Ø8mm to Ø16mm. Performance for cracked concrete, Option 1, for M10-M12-M14-M16 rods.

The product is qualified in seismic category C1 for diameters M12-M16 and seismic category C2 for diameter M12. The product is approved for fixings with a variable anchoring depth, to give the designer high flexibility. Maximum anchoring depth up to twenty times the nominal diameter of the threaded rod. The certified operating temperatures are in the ranges: -40°C/+40°C (max long period T° = 24°C), -40°C/+50°C (max long period T° = 40°C) .

ETA-24/0016: Qualification in accordance with EAD-330076 for fixings on solid and hollow masonry in case of static action. Specifically, the product is certified for applications on 8 different masonry blocks, including solid masonry blocks, hollow masonry and AAC blocks (autoclaved aerated concrete).

The threaded rods that fall within the certification are rods with a diameter from M8 to M16, while the plastic sleeves for use on hollow bricks range from the diameter GC 12x60 for M8 rod to the GC 15x135 or GC20x85 sleeve for M10-M12 threaded rods.

For use on solid masonry, there are also performances for rebar with diameters Ø8-Ø12 which follow the typical reinforcement applications on load-bearing walls, adjustments and reinforcements with reinforced plaster.

Possibility of using the product in dry, wet and flooded hole concrete (flooded hole only threaded rods). The hardening reaction of the product also occurs in the presence of water

Temperatures of the support (concrete, masonry and wood...) for installation between -5°C and +40°C. Test report relating to VOC content and emissions
