DRILLING AND CLEANING OPERATION
1) Drill the hole and check it’s perpendicularity
2) Blow the hole with an appropriate pump blower (or compression air), clean the lateral surface of the hole with an appropriate brush, blow again in the hole until there is no dust and/or any residual material inside
INTERNAL THREAD ANCHOR FASTENING (FEMALE) WITH PERCUSSION EXPANSION
1) Place the anchor in the hole
2) Insert the punch
3) Hammer the punch to the bottom of its stroke
4) Place the object being fastened over the hole, insert the bolt and fasten with a dynamometric key
INTERNAL THREADED ANCHOR FASTENING (FEMALE) WITH SCREW-DOWN EXPANSION
1) Place the anchor in the hole
2) Place the object being fastened over the hole, insert the bolt and tighten
3) Fasten with a dynamometric key
FASTENING WITH EXTERNAL THREADED ANCHOR (MALE) OR SLEEVE EXPANSION ANCHOR
1) Insert the anchor into the hole through the object being fastened
2) Fasten with a dynamometric key
